Tonight we went with some of our coworkers over to a DIY baking space for a moon cake making event with some kiddos and their parents. We made "snow skin" (no bake) moon cakes, so the convection ovens scattered around the room weren't necessary. But, it was great fun. All I had to do was teach a few words (flour! taro! pat! make a ball! moon cake! press!) and I got to learn to make these snow skin moon cakes, which are my favorite kind! Ian took a ton of pictures while I was with the kiddos (I was the one on the clock tonight). 207 to be exact. Well, 204 because I took 3 before we began. Ha!

You were getting paid for having this much fun? That's great. Jecheon must seem like a distant nightmare in comparison. It's so wonderful to see you working and having such a joyful smile at the same time.
